Born in Amman, Jordan, and having spent most of my life in Michigan, I now call Austin, TX home, where i specialize in bringing the vibrant flavors of Mediterranean cuisine to the table. With 13 years of professional culinary experience, I am deeply passionate about crafting fresh authentic dishes that create memorable dining experiences. Whether through catering, meal prep, or private chef services, I strive to deliver excellence in every meal I prepare. My cooking is inspired by the rich traditions of my heritage, and I take pride in sharing those flavors with my clients. When I'm not in the kitchen, i enjoy spending time with my wife and son, who continue to be my greatest support and inspiration.

Local Gourmet

All of the ingredients we use here are local. We stock our restaurant kitchen in much the same way that we stock our home kitchen, with daily deliveries of fresh ingredients that we select ourselves, at market each morning. 

In addition to our menu items, we also offer daily specials inspired by seasonal ingredients, the weather and how we are feeling. We are always on the lookout for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when we travel the world  we bring back our favorite flavors and culinary discoveries.

From my earliest memories, I've been enamored with shawarma—the succulent meats, the tangy tahini sauce, and the burst of garlic flavor. There's something truly magical about the combination of tender, yet crispy meats, achieved through meticulous cooking and seasoning. Picture this: chicken and beef, slowly rotating on a spit for 4 to 6 hours, having marinated in aromatic spices for a full day. As the meats cook, they're delicately shaved to perfection—thin, juicy, and irresistibly crispy. And let's not forget the accompaniments: crisp onions, ripe tomatoes, and tangy pickles, all nestled within warm, toasted bread. This, to me, epitomizes the essence of Mediterranean flavor—a culinary journey I've cherished for years and now hope to share with the vibrant community of Austin, Texas.
